{Our windshield suffered a small chip (less than a 1/4 inch). I checked a few online quotes, which which were running over $100. When I called Jim, he was working with another customer. He was able to quote me $60 over the phone. I was really sold when he said his repair would be guaranteed for life and he could be at my home within an hour or so. He was on time and courteous. He has over 20 years experience. It took about 30 mins. for him to complete. Hopefully I won’t get another chip or crack in my windshield, but if I do, I would gladly call Jim again.

{I called one glass repair place and they said I would need to replace my windshield given a crack that was at least 6 inches. It would cost nearly $900.
