{Jim dropped everything to come directly to my house for a windshield repair. I had a 12” crack on my windshield and needed a good fix short of spending between $300 and $800 to replace the windshield in its entirety. Jin completed his work in under an hour and did a great job. I was actually pretty amazed! When he was finished I could barely see the windshield crack. {I was referred to Jim by Safelite Repair. I have a 3500 RAM pickup truck and I had a crack in my windshield. I called him, and he answered right away. We set up an appointment for March 2, 2024. I thought I had to go to the shop, but Jim comes to you. I was so happy. Jim was on time and pleasant to talk to. He came ready and prepared. Jim fixed my windshield and it look like it was never chipped/cracked. Jim did an excellent job, and I saved his number in my phone for future cracks. {Our windshield suffered a small chip (less than a 1/4 inch). I checked a few online quotes, which which were running over $100. When I called Jim, he was working with another customer. He was able to quote me $60 over the phone. I was really sold when he said his repair would be guaranteed for life and he could be at my home within an hour or so. He was on time and courteous. He has over 20 years experience. It took about 30 mins. for him to complete. Hopefully I won't get another chip or crack in my windshield, but if I do, I would gladly call Jim again.
