{Our windshield suffered a small chip (less than a 1/4 inch). I checked a few online quotes, which which were running over $100. When I called Jim, he was working with another customer. He was able to quote me $60 over the phone. I was really sold when he said his repair would be guaranteed for life and he could be at my home within an hour or so. He was on time and courteous. {I was referred to Jim by Safelite Repair. I have a 3500 RAM pickup truck and I had a crack in my windshield. I called him, and he answered right away. We set up an appointment for March 2, 2024.
