Our windshield suffered a small chip (less than a 1/4 inch). I checked a few online quotes, which which were running over $100. When I called Jim, he was working with another customer. He was able to quote me $60 over the phone. I was really sold when he said his repair would be guaranteed for life and he could be at my home within an hour or so. He was on time and courteous. He has over 20 years experience. It took about 30 mins. for him to complete. Hopefully I won’t get another chip or crack in my windshield, but if I do, I would gladly call Jim again.

Jim dropped everything to come directly to my house for a windshield repair. I had a 12” crack on my windshield and needed a good fix short of spending between $300 and $800 to replace the windshield in its entirety. Jin completed his work in under an hour and did a great job. I was actually pretty amazed! When he was finished I could barely see the windshield crack. Jim came to my work parking lot just hours after I called! So convenient! He did an excellent job. I was so glad I didnt buy a kit and try to fix my chipped windshield (from a rock), after I saw all his precision tools and the art form of his repair. Price was really reasonable. Jim did a repair for me in October of 2021. Since the chip was not in my direct line of vision; I do not much care about the invisibility of the repair. I was inform before the work was begun that the repair would be visible.

The chip was much less visible after the repair. Now a year later the repair is fine and I am still happy.

I got a new chip in the windshield that started to spread. I texted Jim and he quoted me a price. He said he could come out the following morning and do the repair. He arrived exactly when he said he would did the repair. I was very pleased because with very cold weather imminent; one days wait would have allowed the crack to spread beyond the possibility of repair.

He also repaired a chip on my wife’s windshield for a reasonable price, since he was already at my home.

I am very pleased with the service and will call in the future.
