Jim did a repair for me in October of 2021. Since the chip was not in my direct line of vision; I do not much care about the invisibility of the repair. I was inform before the work was begun that the repair would be visible.
The chip was much less visible after the repair. Now a year later the repair is fine and I am still happy.
I got a new chip in the windshield that started to spread. I texted Jim and he quoted me a price. He said he could come out the following morning and do the repair. He arrived exactly when he said he would did the repair. I was very pleased because with very cold weather imminent; one days wait would have allowed the crack to spread beyond the possibility of repair.
He also repaired a chip on my wife’s windshield for a reasonable price, since he was already at my home.
I am very pleased with the service and will call in the future.
