{I was referred to Jim by Safelite Repair. I have a 3500 RAM pickup truck and I had a crack in my windshield. I called him, and he answered right away.  We set up an appointment for March 2, 2024.  I thought I had to go to the shop, but Jim comes to you.  I was so happy.  Jim was on time and pleasant to talk to. He came ready and prepared.  Jim fixed my windshield and it look like it was never chipped/cracked.  Jim did an excellent job, and I saved his number in my phone for future cracks.  Yes, I will be referring him to anyone who has a windshield crack/chip.  Good job Jim and keep up the Good Work!!!

{I never wrote a review before on anything . but hear I go. Called and talk to Jim told him I had a rock hit my windshield he told me could  come the next day at 10:30. He did not come at 10:45 nor did come at 11:00 he came at 10:30. the work was done within one half hour. when he finish I could not see where he had work on it, the job was done perfect. the price was very reasonable. A lot cheaper then other companies. I give him a 5 star rating

{Jim did a repair for me in October of 2021. Since the chip was not in my direct line of vision; I do not much care about the invisibility of the repair. I was inform before the work was begun that the repair would be visible. The chip was much less visible after the repair. Now a year later the repair is fine and I am still happy. I got a new chip in the windshield that started to spread. I texted Jim and he quoted me a price. He said he could come out the following morning and do the repair. He arrived exactly when he said he would did the repair. I was very pleased because with very cold weather imminent; one days wait would have allowed the crack to spread beyond the possibility of repair. He also repaired a chip on my wife's windshield for a reasonable price, since he was already at my home. I am very pleased with the service and will call in the future.
