{I was referred to Jim by Safelite Repair. I have a 3500 RAM pickup truck and I had a crack in my windshield. I called him, and he answered right away. We set up an appointment for March 2, 2024. I thought I had to go to the shop, but Jim comes to you. I was so happy. Jim was on time and pleasant to talk to. He came ready and prepared. {I never wrote a review before on anything . but hear I go. Called and talk to Jim told him I had a rock hit my windshield he told me could come the next day at 10:30. He did not come at 10:45 nor did come at 11:00 he came at 10:30. the work was done within one half hour. when he finish I could not see where he had work on it, the job was done perfect. the price was very reasonable. A lot cheaper then other companies. I give him a 5 star rating
