Came out the next day, fixed the chip, looks as good as new!
Jim did a repair for me in October of 2021. Since the chip was not in my direct line of vision; I do not much care about the invisibility of the repair. I was inform before the work was begun that the repair would be visible.
The chip was much less visible after the repair. Now a year later the repair is fine and I am still happy.
I got a new chip in the windshield that started to spread. I texted Jim and he quoted me a price. He said he could come out the following morning and do the repair. He arrived exactly when he said he would did the repair. I was very pleased because with very cold weather imminent; one days wait would have allowed the crack to spread beyond the possibility of repair.
He also repaired a chip on my wife’s windshield for a reasonable price, since he was already at my home.
I am very pleased with the service and will call in the future.
I called Jim on Friday and he was here Saturday morning and was in about 25 minutes, awesome service!
I was referred to Jim by Safelite Repair. I have a 3500 RAM pickup truck and I had a crack in my windshield. I called him, and he answered right away. We set up an appointment for March 2, 2024. I thought I had to go to the shop, but Jim comes to you. I was so happy. Jim was on time and pleasant to talk to. He came ready and prepared. Jim fixed my windshield and it look like it was never chipped/cracked. Jim did an excellent job, and I saved his number in my phone for future cracks. Yes, I will be referring him to anyone who has a windshield crack/chip. Good job Jim and keep up the Good Work!!!
Jim was absolutely wonderful in every way. He was very personable and worked with my schedule. He offers to come to you, or if need be I was able to go to him. He did a fantastic job and was very reasonably priced.
Jim came to my work parking lot just hours after I called! So convenient! He did an excellent job. I was so glad I didnt buy a kit and try to fix my chipped windshield (from a rock), after I saw all his precision tools and the art form of his repair. Price was really reasonable. Highly recommended!
Absolutely best service ever! We are visiting from Wyoming, had a rock chip on the highway while visiting family. My husband and I were bummed about it until we were told about Executive Windshield Repair/Jim. What a blessing!!! Jim is a total pro…accommodated our schedule, totally professional, friendly and when finished, my husband said (and he is a bit OCD so his ranking is more than 5 stars), where’s the chip?…hardly seen, unless you try to looked for it!
