Windshield Replacement

{Jim did a repair for me in October of 2021. Since the chip was not in my direct line of vision; I do not much care about the invisibility of the repair. I was inform before the work was begun that the repair would be visible. The chip was much less visible after the repair. Now a year later the repair is fine and I am still happy. I got a new chip in the windshield that started to spread. I texted Jim and he quoted me a price. He said he could come out the following morning and do the repair. He arrived exactly when he said he would did the repair. I was very pleased because with very cold weather imminent; one days wait would have allowed the crack to spread beyond the possibility of repair. He also repaired a chip on my wife's windshield for a reasonable price, since he was already at my home. I am very pleased with the service and will call in the future.

{Jim did amazing work and saved us from having to pay for a new windshield. I called him on a Saturday and he was at our home within an hour and repaired the windshield quickly and did an amazing job. He was cheaper than the other companies and was able to come 4 days sooner than the other companies which was important so the chip did not spread. He was very professional and did a top quality repair. I highly recommend his work!

My husband and I were bummed about it until we were told about Executive Windshield Repair/Jim. What a blessing!!! Jim is a total pro...accommodated our schedule, totally professional, friendly and when finished, my husband said (and he is a bit OCD so his ranking is more than 5 stars), where's the chip?...hardly seen, unless you try to looked for it! {James from Executive Windshield Repair came to my home just hours after my call to the Meemic Insurance hotline. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to. SO glad I avoided the industry giant, their 2 week wait, and their poor service. The repair looks great!

{I never wrote a review before on anything . but hear I go. Called and talk to Jim told him I had a rock hit my windshield he told me could  come the next day at 10:30. He did not come at 10:45 nor did come at 11:00 he came at 10:30. the work was done within one half hour. when he finish I could not see where he had work on it, the job was done perfect. the price was very reasonable. A lot cheaper then other companies. I give him a 5 star rating

{I was referred to Jim by Safelite Repair. I have a 3500 RAM pickup truck and I had a crack in my windshield. I called him, and he answered right away.  We set up an appointment for March 2, 2024.  I thought I had to go to the shop, but Jim comes to you.  I was so happy.  Jim was on time and pleasant to talk to. He came ready and prepared.  Jim fixed my windshield and it look like it was never chipped/cracked.  Jim did an excellent job, and I saved his number in my phone for future cracks.  Yes, I will be referring him to anyone who has a windshield crack/chip.  Good job Jim and keep up the Good Work!!!
